Shipping Details

  1. Shipping carrier provided for in the US shipping is USPS standard shipping, unless you chose a different shipping method. Standard Mail shipping delivers in 3-5 days within the US.
  2. We offer free USPS Standard Shipping on all orders. This applies only to orders to states within the US.
  3. We provide a tracking number for you to check on the status of your package.
  4. Shipping times vary due to your locations but usually take anywhere from 3-5 days not including processing/handling time.
  5. If you need a package delivered faster than USPS priority mail shipping please select a different method of shipping.
  6. Express shipping rates are higher than our standard shipping rate.

Most orders will be processed within the same day ordered and shipped out the next day. We inspect every package we send out to ensure you receive the correct items. We do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order. We strive to get your packages delivered as fast as possible, however K-BeautyNet cannot be held responsible to shipping setbacks, such as weather condition, shipping exceptions, etc.

We ship orders to all US states and territories. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US terriroties cannot be expedited.

Confirmation of Shipping & Shipping Status

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email. A shipping tracking number will also be emailed you to so you may track to progress of your order. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a seperate email. You may also view your order online by logging into your account.

Return Policy

If you would like to return any items please email us at Please note that the shipping costs will not be refunded, unless items were received with defect or you have received the wrong order.

If you wish to return your purchase for reasons other than damaged goods or wrong order, we do not cover the costs to reship the package back to our warehouse. Returns must be made within 21 days of item delivery. Upon receiving the returned items you will be refunded the costs of the items and the original shipping costs. All items must be brand new, unwashed and unworn. Proof of payment must be returned alongside the merchandise. We inspect every piece of returned merchandise to check if it is in brand new condition. If there is any sign of stains, damages, or sign of wear a refund will not be issued. To return an order please go to "Your Account", view your "Order History", then click on the order number of the item you wish to return and select the return option. You may either ship a method of your choosing, or we will provide a return shipping label and the costs will be deducted from your refund amount total.

Please inspect each bagged piece of clothing you receive before opening it, for defects or mistaken order. If you try on a garment and it is then damaged or stained, it is not returnable.

In the instance that a product was delivered with defects, or a mistaken order on our part then we will refund you in the original form of payment and cover the shipping costs. Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please make the return within 21 days of delivery, to our Online Returns address. You can apply for a return label if you go to "Your Account", view your "Order History", then click on the order number of the item you wish to return and select the return option. If you select "Provide shipping label" we will email you a shipping label for you to print for no charge. If you choose to return ship to us with your own expenses you will not be refunded the shipping costs. If you placed the order with an expedited shipping service, we will refund the original cost of shipping, but will only cover standard carrier services for return shipping. If you ordered a multiple amount of items, but are not returning all items, only the return shipping will be covered and the original shipping costs will not be refunded. After we have received your returned merchandise, we will inspect every item returned to check the condition of the item and see if it is liable for a refund. If there are any problems, we will not be able to issue a refund. An email will be sent letting you know if your returned items will be refunded or not and why. Please allow up to seven business days for us to issue you your refund in the original form of payment. We will notify you via email when the refund has gone through. Your bank may hold the funds for an additional time period until they process it.

Most items are returnable, however there are some items that are final sale. Any hand sanitizer and sale items are all final sale.
