WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Some items(ex. perfumes, Hand Sanitizers) are shipped via UPS only.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
All orders are processed and shipped from California, United Sates. Most orders before 11 AM PST(Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped same day.

  • USPS Priority Main: 2 ~ 3 Days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Days

Yes. we ship via USPS or DHL. Unfortunately, some items(ex. perfumes, Hand Sanitizers) are not shipped internationally.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can request to cancel your order as long as the order is not shipped. However, we cannot guarantee any order adjustments requested if the order is being ready to be shipped. Please follow below instruction:

- Check the box next to the item(s) you intend to cancel located at the bottom of the page
- Select the reason for the cancel and fill out any comment if you would like
- Submit the cancel request
