You can request to cancel your order as long as the order is not shipped. However, we cannot guarantee any order adjustments requested if the order is being ready to be shipped. Please follow below instruction:
- Login to your account - Go to Order History page and click the order number containing the item(s) you wish to cancel - Check the box next to the item(s) you intend to cancel located at the bottom of the page - Select the reason for the cancel and fill out any comment if you would like - Submit the cancel request
